Data we collect

This tool does not require an account and does not ask for your email. The resume content you type into the form is sent to our server solely to run the AI preparation step. It is held in memory for the duration of that single request and then discarded. We do not store your resume data, personal details, or job descriptions on disk or in any database.

This service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated resume content for any particular job application or employer. Use of this tool is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or data loss.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This collects standard anonymous metrics like page views, approximate location by city, and device type. GA4 does not store IP addresses. You can read Google's privacy documentation for details on how they handle this information.

Third-party AI services

Your resume content is processed by Google's Gemini API to prepare the wording for each template. While we do not retain your information, the AI services used to process it may have their own data handling and retention policies. We recommend reviewing Google's Gemini API terms and privacy policy for details on how they handle data passed through their API.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Fly.io) may keep standard access logs for operational purposes. These logs may contain IP addresses and request timestamps but do not include resume content or form data.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We never store your resume content, personal details, or job descriptions on disk.
• We never use your resume content to train AI models.
• We do not send marketing emails or run retargeting ads.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. GA4 is configured without cookies by default. The builder tool uses localStorage in your browser to save your form progress within the same session but this data never leaves your device.
