Data we collect

This tool does not require an account. It asks for contact details only because those details may appear on your resume. Content needed for rewriting is sent to our server when you choose Prepare. Our application processes that request in memory and does not write resume content to a database or server-side file.

This service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the AI-generated resume content for any particular job application or employer. Use of this tool is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or data loss.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate page counts, feature usage, and performance measurements. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied by default. In that state, Google receives cookieless measurements rather than setting an Analytics identifier cookie. These measurements can still include technical information such as the page URL, device or browser type, timing data, and approximate location, so we do not describe them as fully anonymous. Resume text and contact details are never included in Analytics events. You can read Google's privacy documentation for details on how they handle this information.

Third-party AI services

Content that needs rewriting is processed by Google's Gemini API. Identity fields that do not need rewriting, such as your name, contact information, CNIC, and references, are kept out of the AI prompt. Google's handling of API inputs differs between paid and unpaid services, and its terms describe limited safety logging and other processing. Do not enter confidential information that is unnecessary for a resume. Review Google's Gemini API terms and privacy policy for details on how they handle data passed through their API.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Fly.io) may keep standard access logs for operational purposes. These logs may contain IP addresses and request timestamps but do not include resume content or form data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your resume content.
• We do not keep a server-side resume database.
• We do not include resume content or contact details in Analytics events.
• We do not send marketing emails or use resume content for ad targeting.

Cookies

Google Analytics is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, so its normal identifier cookies are not set in that state. The builder uses localStorage in your browser to save a versioned resume draft for up to 30 days and the latest prepared resume for up to one hour. Both stay on that browser and exclude your uploaded photo. They are sent to our server only if you choose Prepare. Clearing browser site data also removes them.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance.
