How the resume guides are prepared

The guides are practical editorial advice for job seekers in Pakistan. They are not a survey of every recruiter, not legal or career-placement advice, and not proof that a named employer uses a particular applicant tracking system.

Evidence standard

Official recruiting-body, education-regulator, professional-council, employer, and software-provider documentation is preferred for factual claims. General resume advice is labelled as a practical default. The current job advertisement and its official application instructions always override a general guide.

What is not claimed

  • No template or keyword list can guarantee parsing, ranking, or an interview.
  • Portal interfaces and employer screening processes can change without notice.
  • City and industry guides do not represent a measured sample of all local employers.
  • Examples must not be treated as permission to invent skills, metrics, or credentials.
